Recall an instance when you were personally dissatisfied at work. How did your level of satisfaction and engagement impact your attitude and overall performance? Were efforts made by management to enhance your satisfaction and performance at work? If yes, were the actions successful? If no, what could management have done differently? Explain your answers and support them with two peer reviewed articles, in addition to the required weekly readings. Post should be at least 300 words. Respond to at least two of your classmates’ postings by Day 7.
