Leadership Paper

First, you should examine the differences and similarities between leadership and management.

Then, choose a leader you admire and write a description of this person including his or her characteristics and attributes that you admire. You should also note any aspects of this leader or his or her behavior that you find less than wholly admirable. 

Your paper should be 3-5 pages in length.  Please use APA format to cite all references used.  Suggested use of 3-5 sources
