discussion question
I tend to think this should be one of the first chapters we study.
During the years immediately after the Bush recession one of the arguements we often heard was that we could not spend money on the environment without damaging the the economic recovery.
Why was this wrong?
Can we realistically separate the environment from economic activity?
What would have been the effects of spending money on environmental projects on the economy?
