Overcoming Public Disinterestedness
Understanding the responsibility and concerns of healthcare is important in creating policies that leadership can use to streamline success. If strategic leadership is not realized over time,  healthcare organizations’ political influences may face challenges and create public disinterestedness in health policies.  These issues create restrictions  on the healthcare organization’s ability to meet its financial budget, gain community’s trust and involvement, and secure  political influence(s). This negatively impacts the overall performance of the healthcare organization. The ideas of process innovation, risk taking, health building analysis, and governance greatly impacts “sense-making” for those being led. These ideas bring understanding to the role of governance in the organization. 1. Explain what the  independent variable in the study was and explain what the dependent variable(s) in the study was/were.
  2. What were the results? Please include some of the numerical data from the two parts of Figure 1; you will have to estimate the values using the graphs. Explain what these data show and how well these data do (or do not) support the hypotheses.
  3. Future research—based on the present research study, what is an interesting research question that could be pursued in the future? What would the IV and DV be, and why would the study be interesting/important to conduct?
