Strategic HRM Plan
Choose three to four cultural HR issues and three to four emerging HR issues that affect the potential of a company you are familiar with or an imaginary company of your choice to be at risk of either:
- Unionization or
- Catastrophic Danger and Damage
- Intro and Conclusion Paragraph
Your choice must reflect predictions for priorities and concerns in your company’s Strategic HRM Plan.
Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word detailed analysis in a Microsoft® Word document, written in the third person voice, explaining how these issues and considerations affect your company and the strategic plans.
Create a chart with descriptions of chart contents, or a detailed, bulleted outline of your recommendations for actions for five years and the company’s capabilities.
Include organizational limitations and how those will be addressed. This chart or outline must include justification for each recommendation for forecasting needs and strategic steps provided each year.
Format the Strategic HRM Plan consistent with APA guidelines.
Use at least five in-text citation sources within the plan. The sources must be identified in your APA correctly-formatted References page.
