Ethics Principles:

The non-profit Josephson Institute lists six pillars of character that are “basic values that define ethical behavior” The institute points out that these values “are not political, religious, or culturally biased.” These are:

1. Trustworthiness

2. Respect

3. Responsibility

4. Fairness

5. Caring

6. Citizenship

While the Institue is referring to the behavior of individuals, these principles can also apply to companies and businesses. For this discussion, think about a company or business that you feel does an excellent job following these principles, then do a bit of research and answer the following questions about this company:
1.Name a company or business that you think epitomizes ethical behavior by following these principles.
2.Give at least three examples of things that company or business has done that shows evidence of following these ethical principles. Provide references and citations for those facts, as well as a relevant citation from BCom.
3.Explain why you have chosen this company or business as your good example
